Under Rowan’s Law, German Canadian FC (GCFC) will ask you to confirm that you reviewed one of the Concussion Awareness Resources in this website (ontario.ca/concussions) before you can register/participate in our soccer program.

You must review one of the resources once a year, and then confirm that you have completed the review every time you register with GCFC.

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission.

After the document has been processed, a copy will be emailed to you and also kept on file with the GCFC.
