ANNUAL PRE-SEASON SPORTS FACILITY CLEAN-UP AT THE GCC
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Coffee and goodies 10:00 am
If you have any of the following bring this with you to help with the clean up:
Wheelbarrows x1
Rakes x6-8
Chainsaw x1
Lopping shears x1
misc. tools (box/open face wrenches (1/4" to 1")
Personal work gloves
Any sort of mower or powered trimmers
Typical tasks needing to be accomplished:
Main field layout and lining. Can be done prior to the 30th
Placement of main field goals, anchoring and goal net securing
Mini field lay-out and lining
Rake all debris along main field perimeter fence
Rake & removal of all debris from green space north of main field
Rake & removal of debris at green space west of main filed
Rake & removal of debris on west mini-field
Trimming along all fence lines
Picnic tables placed on the patio
All garbage receptacles to be washed inside and lined with proper trash bags
Change rooms and washrooms cleaned and sanitized.
Placement of all eligible banners on perimeter fence
